Innovation Impact Fund for Business Growth
Addressing the disparities in compensation and financial equity that exist for Black Women Entrepreneurs by empowering them to transform their small businesses into generational wealth assets–another critical step on the roadmap to addressing racial equity.
Your donation supports:
Financial assistance for Small Business Food Entrepreneurs of Color, so they can purchase food service permits, access crucial coaching services, and more.
The (Eco)HUB™, a private community for Black Women Entrepreneurs (BWE) in San Diego supported by wrap-around business support in the areas of marketing, money, mindset, and mentoring.
Addressing the unmet potential of Black Youth to seize growth opportunities in digital marketing careers and help equip them to establish their own businesses or pursue corporate jobs which ultimately becomes yet another critical step on the roadmap to addressing racial equity.

A comprehensive (Eco)Agency™ Digital Marketing Training Program for underserved Black Youth in San Diego, including support with job leads and placement.
Compensation for instructors and program facilitators.
Addressing the need for mutual understanding and meaningful relationships between neighbors from differing communities by fostering authentic conversations and connections across racial lines and providing pathways for individuals to further engage in racial equity work–a critical step on the roadmap to addressing racial equity.
Your donation supports:
(Eco)Exchange™ events that connect individuals from affluent and marginalized communities in San Diego in meaningful experiences and authentic conversations.
Compensation for speakers, and others engaged in events, who share their lived experience and expertise.
K-12 schools in our Sister Cities partner communities of City Heights and Southeastern San Diego, where schools and students continue to face systemic disinvestment and marginalization (select the Equitable Schools Fund link).
