Founded in 2020 in response to the George Floyd incident and as a tribute to my late mother, Sister Cities Project addresses racial inequality by creating formal partnerships between affluent and underserved communities, fostering understanding. Our unique ecosystem, initiated at the peak of the pandemic, generates job opportunities for underserved youth, supports over 100 black women entrepreneurs, and has organized 32 impactful events fostering conversations and action toward racial equality.
